Shipping policy

If you want to know the shipping cost to your location, add the Products you want to order to your cart. You will be able to immediately calculate your shipping rates directly in your cart with the option Estimate Shipping and Tax. This is fast and easy.

We usually handle all orders within 24 hours. If the item is not in stock, you will be informed before ordering.

A tracking number will follow by email soon after you have placed your order for most services (except Small Packets Air). Yousab Robotics tries to respect the delivery date shown; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by third parties that are not within our control (carriers, customs, etc.).

During the warranty period, the International shipping fees are not included. You will be required to pay all shipping costs and duties for all exchanges or repairs, if needed.

Shipping from Third Party Vendors: All Products ordered from third-party Vendors will be shipped within 10 days of Order confirmation except for Products with longer handling times as it may occur with special orders. Special handling time is indicated in the Product listing on the Site. Free shipping is only available for products shipped by Yousab Robotics. Marketplace vendors offer different shipping options.
